Francis Howell Transportation Facility

- Project Description: The new 16,000-square-foot facility will provide expanded office space, staff facilities, and 10 maintenance bays to support the district’s 150+ bus fleet. One bay will feature an overhead tower wash system for improved maintenance efficiency. Additionally, a new fuel island will be installed to service buses on-site, replacing the existing, smaller transportation building and fuel island.
St. Louis County Regional State Office
- Completion Date: August 2025
- Owner: State of Missouri
- Location: Chesterfield, MO
- Project Description: A complete interior remodel of a five-story office building for state representatives, featuring updated layouts, new finishes, improved lighting, and upgraded furniture.
Chesterfield Amphitheater
- Completion Date: June 2025
- Owner: City of Chesterfield
- Location: Chesterfield, MO
- Project Description: A lounge space has been created for artists and crew, complemented by custom designed dressing rooms and restrooms. The kitchen and laundry areas have been upgraded with new appliances to enhance functionality. Additionally, a new restroom has been constructed at the entrance, and a decorative steel canopy has been installed to elevate the space.

Maplewood Public Library
- Completion Date: May 2025
- Owner: City of Maplewood
- Location: Maplewood
- Description: This project involves a complete interior remodel of a 100-year-old library, including a new lower-level bathroom, extensive below-grade waterproofing, and tuckpointing. All-new millwork, finishes, and energy-efficient lighting will enhance the building’s functionality while preserving its historic charm.
Spencer Library
- Completion Date: May 2025
- Owner: St. Charles County
- Location: St. Peters, MO
- Project Description: The renovation included upgrades such as new flooring, wall finishes, ceiling, and lighting, along with the removal of an interior water fountain. Updates were made to the entry vestibule, lobby, copy center, book drop-off, checkout counter, and reading areas. On the exterior a seating and gathering area with a lighted overhead canopy was installed.
Des Peres City Hall
- Completion Date: April 2025
- Owner: City of Des Peres
- Location: Des Peres, MO
- Project Description: The historic renovation of the City Hall basement transformed it into usable space while adding a new lower-level entrance. Originally built as an orphanage in the early 20th century, the building posed unique restoration challenges. The project involved lowering the grade by nearly 10 feet and constructing a new patio with a covered seating area, enhancing accessibility and functionality.
SSM Neurological Rehabilitation Center

- Owner: Select Medical Corporation
- Location: O’Fallon, MO
- Project Description: This ground-up project involved the creation of a 13,000 SF wood-framed building, designed to be the first Neurological Rehabilitation Facility of its kind in Missouri. The facility provides a transitional space to help patients relearn independent living. It features 12 private rooms with bathrooms, a centralized kitchen, a living room lobby, and a gym therapy area.
O’Fallon Firing Range
- Completion Date: February 2025
- Owner: City of O’Fallon
- Location: O’Fallon, MO
- Project Description: Construction of an outdoor firing range features pre-cast concrete walls and double T roof beams, designed to house a state-of-the-art bullet trap system. The range allows shooting from 3 to 200 yards, with a target system that includes remote controlled, turnable targets. All bullets fired into the trap are processed through a tumbler system that efficiently collects bullet fragments for recycling. This firing range is part of a multi-phase project aimed at creating a training facility for regional police departments.
Holt High School Site Improvements
- Completion Date: August 2024
- Owner: Wentzville School District
- Location: Wentzville, MO
- Project Description: Football stadium upgrades were made to include an ADA-compliant path leading to the new visitor-side bleachers. Additional improvements involve site work, including grading and drainage enhancements, the installation of all-new stadium lighting, and the addition of durable new fencing.
Lincoln Elementary School
- Completion Date: August 2024
- Owner: St. Charles School District R-VI
- Location: St. Charles, MO
- Project Description: A new kitchen was constructed, and adjacent spaces were renovated, with all new kitchen equipment. Updated millwork was installed throughout the building, along with enhanced data infrastructure. Also, concrete site work and an overlay of the existing asphalt parking lot were added.
Jefferson College Viking Wood Expansion
- Completion Date: August 2024
- Owner: Jefferson College
- Location: Hillsboro, MO
- Project Description: A 10,000 SF, two-story wood-framed building featuring 10 dorm units, a new campus police station, and a basement for the maintenance department. The project includes a mix of studio and multi-bedroom apartments, a masonry/Hardie board/sheet metal façade, and site improvements such as utility upgrades and retaining construction.
Sauci Pasta
- Completion Date: March 2024
- Owner: Sauci Pasta Shop, LLC
- Location: St. Charles, MO
- Project Description: This project involved a 2,000 SF tenant renovation of an old cellphone store into a fast-casual pasta shop, offering scratch-made pasta, and salads. A key component of the renovation was the installation of new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to support the kitchen equipment and meet all necessary codes.
St. Charles Police Department
- Completion Date: December 2023
- Owner: City of St. Charles
- Location: St. Charles, MO
- Project Description: This multi-phase project involved complete mechanical system replacement, interior renovation, and a 5,000 SF masonry addition for evidence storage onto the existing building. The facility was occupied throughout construction, which involved coordinating personnel movement to ensure project completion. The upgrades included multiple level 7 ballistic enhancements, new finishes, and improvements to the exterior asphalt lot.
Wright City East Elementary School
- Completion Date: August 2023
- Owner: Wright City School District
- Location: Wright City, MO
- Project Description: A 5,000sf storm shelter was constructed, four new classrooms and a set of restrooms. The project included site work for a future addition, the installation of FEMA-rated windows and doors, and the addition of a new asphalt fire lane around the structure.
